Do you offer made-to-measure outfits?

We pride ourselves in specialising bespoke bridal outfits, men’s wear and matching accessories and tailor make any outfit according to your needs. 

 

What procedure do you go through to make made–to-measure outfits?

We have a simplified three-step process. You select the design you like along with the colour that suits you best and lastly the style that you require. Our in store specialist team ensure that this process is breeze and hassle free. For clients ordering online we still an exclusive consultation with the design team.

 

How long does it take to get a bespoke made to measure outfit?

It usually takes between 6 to 8 weeks. We recommend leaving it up to 12 weeks on average for guaranteed perfection.

 

If I need the bespoke made to measure outfit made urgently can this be done?

We can deliver the urgent made to measure outfit within two weeks but highly recommend leaving it up to 12 weeks leaving enough time for adjustments and perfection.

 

Do you offer more of a selection of designs in the store other than the ones on the website?

We have a much bigger selection of outfits and styles, jewellery and accessories in the store, where a qualified team will be present to assist you in the best possible way.

 

How many designs do you get to choose from in-store?

You have a choice of over 300 lehengas, 200 bridal gowns and 100 menswear designs to choose from! We also have a wide selection of over 1000 casual wear and for any wedding occasion.

 

Where are the prices of the entire in-store collection on the website?

The prices are available by enquiring at the store in person only.

 

Can we have an initial viewing without an appointment?

Although we strongly recommend, you have an appointment to avoid waiting during busy working periods we do allow viewings to make it convenient for you. 

 

Do you have any catalogues or brochures that we can refer to?

No. Visiting the store is the best option as the entire collection is available. The website is the good starting point for getting ideas of the designs we cater to.

 

Will the made-to-measure outfits be exactly the same to the one in store?

Minor variations will be made to the fabric, however the colour and hand embroidery are unavoidable.

 

I want to co-ordinate my outfit to my fiancé’s outfit. Can this be done?

Just ask one of our in-store assistants for any such requirements and we would be more than happy to coordinate your outfit requests.  For existing customers there are several options to arrange a video consultation.

 

Do you hire outfits?

No. We do not offer a hire service for any of our outfits and accessories but offer a range of suitable prices.

 

What are your working hours?

We are open between 11 am to 7 pm, seven days a week.
